Why we built this
Across Africa, millions of small sellers already run real businesses through WhatsApp status updates and Instagram DMs. The demand is there. What's missing is the infrastructure — a way to look professional, get paid reliably, and prove to a stranger online that you're real.
We built Xooney because that gap shouldn't exist. Every part of the platform — escrow-protected payments, seller verification, AI tools built in from day one — exists to answer one question: how do we make selling to people you don't know feel as safe as selling to people you do?
We're starting in Nigeria. We're building for all of Africa.
